The no-ambush pledge

This industry has a habit of turning on its customers: plans retired overnight, registers resold as tiers, exports locked behind goodbye calls. We built ItemTally to be the tool that never does that — and wrote it down, so you don’t have to take our word for it twice.

1. Items are never metered.

   Ten things or ten thousand — the price is identical. There is no item tier, no SKU count, no upgrade wall hiding in your growth. Plans are priced by writers — people — and nothing else. Your inventory growing is your success, not our billing event.

2. Your price never rises on you.

   The rate you join at is yours for as long as you stay. If our plans ever change, nobody is migrated by force, and no feature your room includes today moves behind a higher tier tomorrow. No “your plan has been retired” email — not here, not ever.

3. Your data is never hostage.

   Full CSV export is free on every plan, forever — including the free one, including the day you cancel. Cancel is a button, not a phone call. Leaving must always be easy; that’s what keeps us honest.

This page is dated and versioned. If it ever changes, the previous version stays public and the change is announced to every customer — that is the point of writing promises down.
