What happens when the room is full?
Nothing breaks. All five writers keep writing, items keep flowing,
exports keep working. A sixth person needs either a free viewer
seat — ten seconds — or the Warehouse (€49/mo, unlimited crew). We
offer the free option first.
What if I stop paying?
Your room becomes a Shelf. Everything you built stays — every item,
photo and Logbook entry — readable by everyone, with one writer.
Full CSV export works before, during and after. Cancelling is a
button, not a phone call.
Where is my data?
In the EU — stored and processed in the European Union — and in
your pocket: full CSV export on every plan, any day, including the
free one.
Who are you?
I’m Alex. I run a small business, and ItemTally is the register I
use for my own stock. No investors, no exit plan — a tool like this
has to outlive trends, so it’s built to stay. The pledge is signed
